What UGC Editor is
UGC Editor is a private, invitation-based video editing service. You upload raw clips, our editors return a finished short-form video, and you pay per video with credits or through a monthly plan. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Accounts and access
New accounts join a waitlist unless they arrive with an access code or a referral link. We can decline or remove an account at our discretion, including for abuse of the service, of our editors, or of the referral program. You are responsible for keeping your password private.
Credits and the monthly plan
- One credit opens one ticket and covers one finished video plus one free revision on that video.
- Credits are bought in any quantity above the posted minimum at the posted per-credit price, or granted by a code, referral, or the monthly plan.
- Credits don’t expire and aren’t transferable between accounts.
- The monthly plan adds a fixed number of credits on each successful payment and renews until you cancel it through Whop. Cancelling stops future charges; credits already granted stay in your account.
- Prices are shown on the site and at checkout and can change; a change never affects credits you already hold.
Payments and refunds
All payments are processed by Whop, which is the merchant of record for your purchase; Whop’s own buyer terms apply at checkout. Because a credit is a service that starts the moment a ticket is opened, unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase on request; credits already spent on a ticket are not. Contact us from the email on your account to ask.
Turnaround and revisions
We aim to return each video within 24 hours of an editor claiming the ticket. That is a target, not a guarantee. If a cut isn’t right, request the free revision from the ticket; further changes may need another credit. A ticket you approve, or leave unanswered for 14 days after delivery, is treated as accepted.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload and everything we deliver back. You confirm you have the right to use the footage, music, and likenesses in your clips. You give us permission to store, process, and edit your files to provide the service. We won’t use your videos in our own marketing without asking.
Referrals and affiliates
Referral rewards are paid in credits when the referred person makes a first purchase. Affiliate commissions apply only where we have enabled them for your account, on the payments we specify, and are paid by arrangement. Self-referrals, fake accounts, and spam links forfeit rewards.
Limits
The service is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We aren’t responsible for how a video performs once you publish it.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions go to the email on your Whop receipt or the address on our site.
