What we collect
- Account details: your email, name, and a hashed password. Never the password itself.
- Your videos and files: the raw clips, references, and notes you upload, and the finished cuts our editors return.
- Messages: the chat on each ticket between you and your editor.
- Purchases: what you bought, when, and the Whop payment reference. Card details never reach us — Whop handles payment.
- Referrals: which account, if any, sent you, and whom you sent.
- Technical basics: IP address and timestamps for sign-in protection and rate limiting.
How we use it
To run the service: route your ticket to an editor, deliver the video, notify you by email when something needs you, credit your purchases, and pay referral rewards. We don’t sell your data or use your footage for anything except editing it.
Who sees your files
The editor assigned to your ticket and our admins. Files are stored on Vercel Blob at unguessable URLs; anyone holding the exact link can open the file, so don’t share ticket links publicly. Payment is processed by Whop, email is sent through Resend, and the application and database run on Railway and Neon. Each of those providers holds only what it needs for its part.
Retention
Your files and tickets stay while your account is open so you can re-download them. Delete a raw file from a ticket and it’s removed from storage. Ask us to close your account and we delete your files and personal details, keeping only purchase records we’re required to hold.
Cookies
A session cookie keeps you signed in and a short-lived cookie remembers a referral link for 30 days. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can see and change your name and password from your account page, download everything on your tickets, and ask us to export or delete your data. Email us from the address on your account.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top moves and material changes are announced on the dashboard.
