How it works

Three steps, one editor, one finished video.

  1. 01

    Open a ticket

Pick a format, write a few notes for your editor, and drop your raw clips. One credit per finished video. Select several clips at once to open a batch.

  2. 02

    An editor claims it

A real person picks it up from the queue. The 24-hour clock starts when they claim it, not when you submit. Ask anything inside the ticket while they work.

  3. 03

    Review the cut

Download the finished video, approve it, or ask for your one free revision. Rate the edit when you're done.

Questions

What does one credit get me?
One finished video. A credit is spent when you open a ticket, and it covers the edit plus one free revision. Credits don't expire.
How fast is it?
Within 24 hours of an editor claiming your ticket. You can see exactly where each ticket is from your dashboard.
What if the cut isn't right?
Request a revision from the ticket. One is included on every video, and it goes back to the same editor who cut it.
Who does the editing?
Our editors — people, not software. Every ticket has a chat so you can talk to whoever's working on yours.
